My Approach
I view therapy as an opportunity to process your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop the tools you need to move toward the life you want.
Therapy is a collaborative, active, and relational process. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and empathic space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, exploring challenges, and working toward meaningful change. My hope is that therapy feels not only supportive, but also empowering and invigorating.
I specialize in individual therapy and work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties, and use a variety of evidence-based, research informed interventions.
Please note that I do not provide emergency services, complete disability paperwork, or conduct ADHD evaluations or testing.
